Email Requirements
A valid passport and biometric visa are required for travel to Senegal. The government of Senegal has launched an online pre-enrollment program, which enables you to provide all of the required information for a Senegalese visa online, so that upon arrival at the international airport in Dakar you can simply have your biometric information taken and the visa can be issued.

Passport Requirements:
Original passport and a photocopy of the first five pages of the passport are required upon arrival in Senegal. The passport must be signed, valid for 6 months beyond stay in Senegal, with blank visa pages available for visa and entry stamps. Amendment pages in the back of the passport are not suitable for visa stamps.
A scanned copy of the photo and information page, and signature page of the passport is required to submit the online pre-approval request

Proof Of Departure:
An itinerary or copy of ticket showing onward/return travel are required upon arrival in Senegal.
A scanned copy of the itinerary showing onward/return ticket, and hotel reservation or accommodation certificate are required to submit the online pre-approval request

Special Instructions:
In order to get your Senegalese visa, you must first pre-enroll online. Then you will print the registration receipt to carry with your passport and all the requirements to get the actual visa upon arrival at Dakar Leopold Sedar Senghor International Airport. Upon arrival at the airport the traveler must go to the "Visa Airport" area where biometric information will be taken and the visa will be printed and affixed to the passport. Upon arrival at the airport go to the "Visa Airport" area where you complete the biometric enrollment. The visa will then be printed and affixed to your passport.

When you arrive in Senegal you will need:
- The original Registration Receipt and Approval of pre-enrollment documents
- Passport valid for at least six months + a photocopy of the first five pages
- Round-trip or onward ticket or proof of departure
- Hotel confirmation or accommodation certificate (or a copy of proof of ownership if the traveler is the owner of the house to be visited in Senegal)
- Business travelers must also carry a letter of invitation from the company/person to be visited.
- A minor traveling alone must also have a notarized letter of parental consent.

According to the US Department of State, evidence of yellow-fever vaccination is also required for entry into Senegal. A meningitis vaccination is highly recommended if the traveler is arriving from or has recently traveled to an endemic area. Travelers unable to provide proof of vaccinations may be required to pay for and receive vaccinations at the Dakar airport.

Senegal Visa Validity:
Senegalese visas issued upon arrival are generally valid for 3 months and allow a single entry. It is possible to extend the visa once in Senegal, or a new visa must be obtained for the next visit.

One original Senegal visa application per applicant properly completed and signed, plus one copy. Improperly completed Senegalese visa application forms may delay the processing of your Diplomatic or Official visa.

Official Letter of Support from the US Department of State.

A computer generated flight itinerary from the airline or travel agency or copy of airline tickets.

Global Service Order Form:
This is Travisa's service order form, where you will provide your contact and shipping information, choose the visa processing needed and make your payment. You must print the completed form and send it to Travisa with all other supporting documents.
